Ingredients:

  • -4 Fresh Steaks (NY Strip, Filet, Ribeye, etc) or 2 Tomahawk Steaks

Directions:

  • -Rub seasoning mixture over steaks 30 minutes prior to cooking.

*If using a meat thermometer, you are looking for an internal temperature below:

  • -Rare – 125 Degrees
  • -Medium Rare – 130 Degrees
  • -Medium – 140 Degrees
  • -Medium Well – 150
  • -Degrees -Well – 160 Degrees

Cooking Methods

*For grilling slightly oil grate first. Preheat grill for at least 15 minutes to get it as hot as possible and follow the easy to follow grilling chart below.

Cooking times:

*For searing, start by heating oven to 300 Degrees. Place 1 tablespoon of oil or butter to oven-proof pan over high heat on your stove. Once hot (about a minute), add steaks to the pan cooking for 2-3 minutes then put them in the oven for the times listed below.
