Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- -1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
- -1/2 Cup Vinegar – Choose your favorite- Goes great with Apple Cider, Rice Wine Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, or Balsamic Vinegar
- -1 Medium Sized Jar
- -Additional thing you can add if you choose – 1 Tsp Grainy Mustard, 1 Minced Shallot, 1 to 2 TBS Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- -In a Medium sized jar, combine Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Seasoning Packet, and anything additional you choose.
- -Tightly seal the lid and shake vigorously till combined.
- -That’s all there is to it. ENJOY!
- -Make sure to shake the jar prior to using every time as the vinegar and oil will separate if you do not shake
*** DO NOT REFRIGERATE – Vinaigrette with clump in fridge. Olive oil and vinegar are meant to be at room temperature. This will last for 3 to 4 weeks.
