Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

  • -1 Fresh Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • -1lb or small bag of Brussel Sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
  • -1 Sweet Potato, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • -3 Fresh Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • -1 head of Fresh Broccoli, remove florets from the stem
  • -3 TBS Olive Oil

Directions:

  • -Preheat oven to 500 Degrees
  • -In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil with the seasoning packet the add the veggies and potatoes to the mixture. Mix to coat everything
  • -On a foil lined baking sheet, dump the veggies and potatoes on the baking sheet and spread the mixture out evenly
  • -Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
  • -Serve and ENJOY!
