Roasted Veggies
Ingredients:
- -1 Fresh Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
- -1lb or small bag of Brussel Sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
- -1 Sweet Potato, peeled and chopped into cubes
- -3 Fresh Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- -1 head of Fresh Broccoli, remove florets from the stem
- -3 TBS Olive Oil
Directions:
- -Preheat oven to 500 Degrees
- -In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil with the seasoning packet the add the veggies and potatoes to the mixture. Mix to coat everything
- -On a foil lined baking sheet, dump the veggies and potatoes on the baking sheet and spread the mixture out evenly
- -Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
- -Serve and ENJOY!
