Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
- -Flour or Corn Tortillas or Taco Shells
- -1 ½ TBS Brown Sugar
- -2 Fresh Chicken Breasts, cut into strips or cubes
- -1 Avocado, sliced or gently mashed
- -1 Fresh Lime
- -1 cup Pico De Gallo (store bought or homemade)
- -2 TBS Olive Oil
Directions:
- - Cut chicken breasts into cubes or strips (your preference), add to mixing bowl along with 1TBS Olive Oil, brown sugar, and the seasoning packet. Mix until coated
- - In a large skillet, add the remaining 1 TBS of olive oil over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until done or golden brown
- - Prepare taco shells or soft tacos based on package instructions
- - Fill taco shells with chicken, avocado, pico de gallo, and squeeze the lime juice over the tacos.
- - Serve and ENJOY!
