Spice Rubbed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • -1LB Salmon Filet
  • -2 TBS Brown Sugar

Directions:

  • -Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit. 
  • -Remove salmon from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel
  • -In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and the seasoning packet. Spread mixture over Salmon so fully coated
  • -Two Methods of Cooking (Your Choice):
  • 1) Bake the salmon for 10 minutes on a foil lined baking sheet
  • 2) For crusted/crunchy salmon, in a skillet or oven safe pan, fill with about a half inch of oil. Heat on high heat until oil is very hot. Place salmon, flesh side down for about 3-5 minutes until it has a crust. Next, remove the skillet from the burner and place in the oven for about 5 minutes
  • -After cooking, remove skin or keep it on as your preference
  • -Serve and ENJOY!
